The County of Indiana will conduct a public hearing on July 13, 2026 at 1:00 PM in the Indiana County Commissioners Hearing Room, located at the Indiana County Courthouse at 825 Philadelphia Street, Indiana, Pennsylvania.
Important Deadlines
All program proposals and comments for Indiana County’s consideration must be submitted by this deadline, which is the time of the scheduled public hearing.
The Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development has set this as the deadline for Emergency Solutions Grant applications.
Emergency Solutions Grant Eligible Components
Emergency Solutions Grant funds may be used for the following eligible components:
County Application Information
Indiana County anticipates submitting an application to the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development for multiple activities. Indiana County will partner with the Indiana County Community Action Program, Inc. (ICCAP) to provide ESG services.
The County application proposal may be revised based on eligible requests from other agencies.
