Indiana County Commissioners Emergency Solutions Grant – CV1 Public Hearing
The Indiana County Commissioners are announcing their intentions to modify/amend the existing of an Emergency Solutions Grant – Covid 19 (ESG-CV1) contract and will conduct a public hearing to accept comment/input on the proposed changes. The public hearing will be conducted at the Indiana County Office of Planning & Development on Thursday, August 12, 2021 at 1:00 PM.
The ESG-CV-1 funds are a component of the CARES Act that received final approval on March 27, 2020. The proposed modification/amendment will be to consider the submission of a contract extension request from January 8, 2022 to June 1, 2022. Additionally, a budget revision is proposed to decrease the Homelessness Prevention services by $10,466.57 and increase Rapid Rehousing services by the same amount, $10,466.57. The Indiana County Commissioners provide these services through the County’s vendor for Emergency Solution Grant activities, the Indiana County Community Action Program, Inc. (ICCAP). Upon acceptance and consideration of public comment the modification/amendment will be submitted to the PA Department of Community and Economic Development.
