Indiana County Community Action Program, Inc. (ICCAP), engages in a comprehensive community needs assessment process every three years.

We are requesting your assistance to better understand the needs of Indiana County. Please complete the following Community and Family Needs Assessment survey to assist us in understanding  the needs of Indiana County.  Your responses, along with other data we’re collecting, will enable us to plan and deliver more targeted programming and services in the coming years.
