NOTICE OF APPLICATION HOLD

Due to the Pandemic Health Emergency ending, as of May 11, 2023, applications received after May 11th are to be placed on “HOLD” status until further notice.

ICCAP is awaiting all amendments to the current guidance related to the direct administration and distribution of Emergency Rental Assistance Program 2 (ERAP 2) funds after May 11th . This official guidance, mandated by The Department of Treasury and PA Department of Human Services is essential to properly assessing applicant eligibility moving forward.

While awaiting these official amendments, ICCAP will work diligently to process and prioritize the backlog of applications previously received while the Pandemic Health Emergency was instated.

ICCAP will keep new applications on file in “Hold” status. IF ERAP 2 funds remain available after the prioritized applications above are processed, ICCAP will move forward with processing applications on Hold. ICCAP will notify individuals if their application is removed from “Hold” status.
