At Indiana County Community Action Program (ICCAP), our mission is simple but powerful: to mobilize the services and resources needed to empower individuals and families to achieve self-sufficiency.

For over 56 years, ICCAP has been a cornerstone of support in Indiana County, working on the front lines of the ongoing effort to reduce poverty and strengthen our community. As a private, non-profit human service agency, we provide a wide range of programs designed to meet people where they are and help them move forward.

Our services include food assistance programs, housing and homelessness support, rental and utility assistance, community health initiatives, and case management services that connect individuals to the resources they need most. From distributing food to local families, to providing emergency shelter, to helping individuals navigate financial and life challenges, ICCAP is committed to creating meaningful, lasting impact.
